How does the website building process work?

First of all you get in touch with us, we have a chat about what you need. When we speak, we'll ask you - Who are your competitors, do you have any photographs/graphics, what colours do you like, what pages would you like on a site. If you do some research then not only will you have a good idea of what you want, but so will we.
We will send you an estimate of how much we think the project will cost.
Then, depending upon how big the project is/how local you are, we'll either meet up or have another chat on the phone/email.
After this meeting we will have received any photographs/graphics/page content from you. Using this and the information from our meetings we will create a proposal that includes ideas that we believe will make your website one of the best in your industry. This proposal will also include a firm quote. This quote will be complete. There are no hidden costs. Guaranteed.
If you like what we suggest, then we'll send you a contract. You can review our terms and conditions here. The terms and conditions document can look scary. If you do not like anything in there, then let us know. We're flexibile, friendly people and we want you to be a happy customer.

OK - you're on board. We'll create a concept page on how the site could look. We'll use this design, or scrap it. We'll keep on going until we get a spring board to build the rest of the site. After our chats we should have a clear idea of who your market is and what design will appeal to them.
Over a period of about 4-6 weeks (this depends upon the site size and your urgency) we'll create the screen designs for all the pages on your site. We'll do this by incorporating any content that you have, including logos/photographs/photos, etc.
Now you have complete visuals of your new site
You need to sign off at this stage

Unleash the geeks: Our team will take the designs and create the actual website. This process takes us about 4 weeks (again depending upon the size of your site)
